Digital photograph of the applicant, document size (white background 3x4 cm).
Copy of the main passport page.
Copy of the last Colombian visa (only if applicable)
If outside your country of residence, provide proof of legal status in your current country.
Provide (Certificado de Tradición y Libertad) for the property, with a minimum value of 350 current legal minimum wages), equivalent to COP 612.816.750 for 2026.
Communication by the Banco de la República certifying the registration of the foreign direct investment made for the purchase of the property.
Demonstrate financial solvency to remain in the country by providing bank statements.
If applying for this visa a second time or more, prove that you maintained the investment or possession of the property.
Have health coverage in Colombia or an international health policy valid in the national territory, covering all risks.
